1) With growth is loosing its identity and trying to blindly copy policies and methodologies of successful companies. (e.g. Ericsson, Atos etc.) 2) The senior panels getting recruited particularly from failed organizations thus deteriorating work culture 3) Employees not given due recognition 4) Day by day deteriorating work culture and values.
