It would be good if you can provide some background/context to this review to provide constructive criticism so that we can all learn and improve ourselves and processes. As per our company/employment policy, we do not approve of a full-time employee carrying out their freelance work at our office during business/office hour. This is a mutual agreement that a prospective candidate have agreed to prior to accepting our employment contract and starting their probation with us. As for the part on making fun of employees, we do not condone that and would appreciate greatly if you can provide specific feedback on this to our group level HR at hr@knorex.com, that would be definitely helpful, we would like to investigate deeper in this. Our team in India has continued to grow strength-to-strength to a sizable team today since its inception 1 year ago. Our Country Manager has done a great job of building a highly capable and motivated team, of course, there will always be room for improvements as we scale the team further. Providing a great environment to our employees is a major priority and we are doing our best to up the standards to our employees.

Pros

-Management truly cares about the employees. While we all work hard constantly solving problems, the leadership at Knorex will bend over backward to accommodate any personal or professional issue. -Knorex is constantly improving. From 2019 to 2023 has shown a drastic change in terms of employee culture and the "human connection" we all make. From a team that is all fully remote, we have made improvements to turn on our cameras during meetings and to actually learn about each other's life stories. -Much like the company, the platform, XPO, is constantly improving and providing immeasurable benefits for clients by integrating with cutting edge data providers and providing optimal performance for our clients.

Cons

-It can be both a blessing and a curse to try our hardest to solve the problems of our clients and customers. -It's okay for management to use PTO - it encourages the rest of us to follow suit!

Cons

Leadership lacking leadership qualities Unethical and Questionable Business Practices Founders who yell and antagonize others in large calls Lack of vision for the company and how to add value without burning out top performing team members Lack of educating team on how product works, issues with product (lots of workarounds, bandaid approaches) Product-focused, not client-focused (and yet, they don’t like to receive feedback to improve product) Poor job security Everything is urgent and unproductive
