-Pay raises for each game learned -Full Time -PTO, Medical, Dental -No Degree needed -Raises every year for Leads if you perform well -Clothing Reimbursement for professional clothes
Cons
-Base Rate of pay hasn't gone up in years and doesn't meet anything resembling cost of living, you will still need roommates or a partner to split bills with, but that's true most places right now -Base Rate for Leads is $3.50-$6.50 an hour above the starting rate for associates, depending on which games are available at your location -You have to stay with the company 1 year before you can start accumulating PTO -PTO accumulation is slow, and doesn't improve until you get to 4 years with the company -most locations do not offer part time
