Interesting environment, fun people. Not your usual 9-5
Cons
Brutal hours, graveyard until you get some experience and if you don't progress you stay on late night shifts. Low pay that had to improve but still is not very competitive for the responsibility.

Thank you for your review. We work closely with our associates to provide support in reaching their development goals, like learning new games and receiving raises. We do our best to provide effective training and open lines of communication to make these processes run as smoothly as possible.
We constantly work to refine the scheduling options for a 24-hour operation, which is very difficult. Our recruiting team also does its best to set clear expectations with every candidate about Knighted's scheduling during our interview process. We understand that working evenings and weekends aren't for everyone.
Company invests in it's employees. The casino industry is very tough and compared to other companies out there they make an effort to take care of their people and their communities.
Cons
The company as gotten very big and sometimes you get lost in the shuffle. There is still some 'learn as you go' situations but Knighted has really come a long way to develop internal leadership, curriculums and training structures.
There’s always work to do. If you’re like me and don’t enjoy being idle, that can definitely be a positive. You have some really amazing people that you meet in between.
Cons
Leadership lacks direction and consistency, there’s little to no real accountability, just a pattern of deflection and blame-shifting. Good people often leave due to mismanagement & dysfunction ( & not the good kind).
