3yThank you for your review. We work closely with our associates to provide support in reaching their development goals, like learning new games and receiving raises. We do our best to provide effective training and open lines of communication to make these processes run as smoothly as possible.
We constantly work to refine the scheduling options for a 24-hour operation, which is very difficult. Our recruiting team also does its best to set clear expectations with every candidate about Knighted's scheduling during our interview process. We understand that working evenings and weekends aren't for everyone.
