Challenging, you can move up quickly if you have the drive. It can be a very fun job.
Cons
It can be stressful and very frustrating working with people (dealers) who only care about tips. You meet very selfish and negative people in this line of work.

We understand that not all interactions in customer service will be positive so we heavily encourage that any issues be brought up to the managers or supervisors in the casino. We understand that it's important to know how to grow and earn raises within our company, so we encourage each of our team members to talk to their direct supervisor to set goals and understand expectations. Company invests in it's employees. The casino industry is very tough and compared to other companies out there they make an effort to take care of their people and their communities.
Cons
The company as gotten very big and sometimes you get lost in the shuffle. There is still some 'learn as you go' situations but Knighted has really come a long way to develop internal leadership, curriculums and training structures.
There’s always work to do. If you’re like me and don’t enjoy being idle, that can definitely be a positive. You have some really amazing people that you meet in between.
Cons
Leadership lacks direction and consistency, there’s little to no real accountability, just a pattern of deflection and blame-shifting. Good people often leave due to mismanagement & dysfunction ( & not the good kind).
