We understand that not all interactions in customer service will be positive so we heavily encourage that any issues be brought up to the managers or supervisors in the casino. We understand that it's important to know how to grow and earn raises within our company, so we encourage each of our team members to talk to their direct supervisor to set goals and understand expectations.
