Pros
Easy work, unless you have problems counting 8+7 Pay is not bad but could be better (see cons)
Cons
Your working in a Casino around people (patrons and coworkers) who have issues, many issues. They hire more idiots than competent employees and then they promote and allow said idiots to manage and supervise. They scare and intimidate their employees with write-ups and they are constantly making up rules just to enforce something. (maybe flex their muscle to keep you at bay, I don't know) The promotion and salary structure are both wrong, I was told I would get a .50c raise every year no matter what. That was a lie, it didn't happen. The company bases promotion and salary increases on a set of ridiculous tests that "they say" measures ones speed and ability to count and monitor a game. Your, ability to control a game situation, your interpersonal skills, your communication skills and other important skills that make someone good at this job are not accounted for. If you are a mindless drone who is ani social and a good test taker you will love this job and all you have to do is sit back relax for 8 hours a day and collect that paycheck. A union would benefit and protect these employees but no one realizes it. I guarantee this company would raise hell if employees unionized.
