Friendly, professional, financially rewarding and offering enormous opportunities. Hard work is recognised and there is a direct correlation with financial compensation. There are no glass ceilings and staff take great pride in working for the Firm.
Cons
Very few, but low probability of reaching equity partnership and some senior partners confuse the advantage given by rising markets with actual ability.
