Even you under perform, the company will take care of you
Cons
Even you perform beyond expectation, you will not get rewards (in terms of increment, promotion and bonus). Your increment will be affected to take care of underperformer. Though it is an IPC, but the behaviour of KF towards employee is like a typical Indian LALA company. The only goal and mission of company is Revenue and profit and at times values and ethics are compromised.
