The office space is nice, and the more juniors are great

A serious micromanaging issue. Spent must of the time working here being watched and judged for every bit of work I did. Mangers need training on how to talk to people. I have never worked somewhere with a quicker turn around of employees

Pays well for my role Private insurance was affordable

Every team seemed understaffed High turnover of employees Workload was unmanageable Top management often held up processes and talked more than acted Was often told to 'manage up' and adapt to poor upper management practices rather than practices changing. Budgets cut but expectation on staff is to have better results.
