Pros
Some people are friendly and supportive.
Cons
After successfully passing all the interviews they told me to serve the trial period of 15 days and join the firm. Firstly, I rejected it because I already had other job offers but they convinced me that we have never let anybody go after trial period and you have already performed better than other candidates, etc so I joined them.
But after a 15-days "trial period," they refused me because they found someone with over 2.5 years of experience. If the role was for a fresher, it’s unreasonable and unfair to reject a fresher after a trial period just because they later found a more experienced candidate.
There’s a lack of professionalism and work pressure is very high. My senior was biased and treated juniors poorly. They don’t stick to their word, so always get everything in writing. Most importantly, do not join this company without a formal offer letter. My experience was disappointing and felt like a misuse of my time and trust and my career was mishandled.
