Pros
Great personnel, both within the pharmacy as well as store wide. HR always willing to work with you on any issues that pop up, and are quick to fix errors, even if you are the one who created the error.
Cons
Will never be more than part time. Cashiers stuck with minimum wage, regardless of time spent with company. Bare bones labor hours means not enough hands on, in all departments. In Pharmacy, area is too small for level of work done, number of staff on duty. Bad set up for flow of work.
