Pros

The only real pros are flexible schedules, location, and you get time and a half on holidays. Co-workers were pretty cool too.

Cons

Having to work every single holiday except Christmas Day obviously because they're closed, benefits are horrible for part-timers (10% discount on non-sale items and thats it), they work you to the bone and what do you have to show for it at the end of the day? NOTHING! I had one manager who would occasionally say "thank you" when you did a good job. Pay is minimum wage which is 7.25 in my area, and after two years I was still making that much. Except for Christmas season hours regularly sucked, everyone got very little hours and as a result there was never enough cashiers or people on the floor in one night. I mean everyone got descent hours around Christmas time but at a terrible price. People are always more impatient and rude and it's impossible trying to go on your break or leave right at the end of your shift because people are constantly coming through your line. Respect is not given at all even if you work hard, and you're basically on your feet for 5-6 hours except for one little measly 15 minute break in between which always seems to fly by. Mangers basically talk down on you and make you feel like dirt and the "little guys" always get asked to do the projects that nobody else wants to do.

Pros

Everything was a pro. That place was awesome to work for!

Cons

The only con is that is no longer a store in our community. Sadly, it went out of business.
