      very laid back (maybe even too much) easy

      slow boring management issues sexism if you're a hard worker they take note but expecting you to do everyone else's job

      Everything was a pro. That place was awesome to work for!

      Cons

      The only con is that is no longer a store in our community. Sadly, it went out of business.
