Simple uniform, friendly coworkers, flexible hours.
Cons
Company is going downhill fast. Stores operate on a skeleton crew with everyone doing the jobs of several people. Upper management berates everyone for not getting everything done. Discipline is inconsistent. No room for growth, and little to no opportunities for a pay raise.
