Cons
An extremely high turnover rate, due to Horrible management! HR does not investigate complaints. Complaints about harassment and improper conduct between employees are broadcasted by the manager to other employees. If you decide to work hard, others get lazier so you end up doing multiple jobs to keep the company afloat with no increase in pay. Those employees who don't keep up with rate get promotions and raises meanwhile. Stay away! If a 70% + turnover rate in the C. dept sounds promising to you, then feel free to apply!
