Pros
The core values of the company are very conducive to open communication and feedback about how the organization is run. The people in management positions also seem to be doing well in responding to employee concerns. On the business side, the growth prospects and future looks good. The technical team is also very open to feedback and encourages individuals to take responsibility for and ownership of the projects/features that people work on. Projects are typically well spec'd out before implementation begins and the focus is always on iterative improvements of designs. There is a lot of room for people to work on new things and develop their skills.
Cons
Sometimes project priorities can change without much notice. This has mostly been driven by sales goals. There are still some growing pains around project and people management, but active work is being put into resolving any issues that arise so we can scale out the organization even more.
