      For freshers its good but not for experienced one.

      Cons

      Lots of politics, anytime this company can fire a employee without information. Please dont leave your job for this company. There is no job security. Here 2- 3 projects mansgers leads the whole company and even the senior management is in their pocket

      - Flexible office timing - Great opportunity of learning and growth if placed on new project

      Cons

      - Poor Management and Communal Politics with favoritism - Lay-offs at any given time even when you are working on several projects - Communal favoritism works utmost in Lay-offs - Regular delays in salary payment, sometimes it got delayed by weeks - Salary hikes are negligible irrespective of your performance
