Pros
I've been at KlientBoost for almost 5 years and can say without a doubt that it's one of the best companies I've worked at from a people standpoint. Everyone truly cares about each other's well being from work life balance, health and wellness, growth, etc. The benefits are solid and leadership does a very good job in understanding the nuances of managing clients, and doing what they can to ensure no one is negatively impacted by it from a performance standpoint. Over the last year or so, the organization underwent a pretty large change to its operating structure and with that it has brought a stronger culture around accountability and results which is a major shift from the way KlientBoost was in the early days. With that, the change may not be for everybody but I personally think that it's already led to more growth and higher standards for the team as a whole which is a big win.
Cons
Things move very quickly and you have to be willing to move fast, and adapt otherwise you're going to have a challenging time. With the recent changes made, the KlientBoost team is slowly but surely working to build out the systems and process documentation needed but there are some areas where additional documented trainings/processes would be an improvement. Due to this, there are some moments where you have to figure things out on your own a little bit and if that isn't your cup of tea, you might have challenges here. As I mentioned above, the changes to the operating structure have reset a lot of the company and it is going to take time to really get to a normalized state. I think the leadership team is doing a good job to get us there, but because of this, there are definite hiccups in process and lack of clarity around some systems at times.
