No basic facilities. Bad PCs, Chairs, Pirated & free software. ACs dont work. Unprofessional staff Poor management. The HR doesn't provide salary slips or does any sort of paperwork. Its better if you maintain your own records. He is good at eating away you leaves and comp-offs. Lack of sincerer management. No salary slips If your mouse isnt working , you shud buy it by urself... the management is lot like a govt. office They dont care. Poor appraisals. They pretend to be Bosch.... Its a scam! The company only cares about its mass production. The design dept. has no security, no server... no standards . No ERP.. always in pressure. Design dept is not provided resources of any kind to help them improve. Just One person has some decent knowledge of designing, rest all follow him blindly.There isnt any engineering in the company. Just a bunch of people pretending to be professional under tha tag of Bosch.
