Pros
There is a fantastic sense of camaraderie (at least within sales) with everyone feeling like we are moving in the same direction. There are huge opportunities to grow within the company, especially considering the pace the company it self is growing.
Cons
Since we are growing so fast, everything is not always as structured as it should be. It is however getting better and better.
