Pros
This is a disability law firm that only cares about their clients.
Cons
Expectation is that you work the scheduled hours and if working overtime that does not get taken into consideration. Most employees are there for two years or less. Lunch is a half hour, just enough time to buy lunch and wolf it down at your desk. Training is non-existent, you are shown how to do a medical summary and then expected to learn from several different attorneys, each with their own style. There is no one supervisor who trains you from start to finish. There is also minimal PTO and currently no health care benefits. No incentives whatsoever.
