Pros
Company has a decent after work social culture Innovative technology Errmmm... very hard to fill the 20 word minimum requirement for this box No, can't think of anything else
Cons
Catastrophically poisonous atmosphere, except favouritism for a 'privileged few' Cramped, uncomfortable office - too many staff for office facilities (and despite this being recognised as a contravention of the H&S act, nothing ever gets done about it) Unnecessarily cost-controlled operational management to the complete detriment of being able to do the job you're hired to do - management then wonder why staff can't do their job, and put it down to incompetence not their lack of investment in their people Undervalued, overworked staff - completely ignored by arrogant management Micro-management style - complete lack of employee empowerment Complete lack of management integrity/accountability Teflon management style - if you're not in a management position, expected to be blamed for everything & anything that goes wrong regardless of your involvement Huge staff turnover (no surprise - well over half the company in 12 months Minimal employee investment - lip-service promises frequently raised Insulting below market benchmark salaries (except if you're one of the privileged few) Abysmal staff treatment
