      Thanks for the review and comments. We try to keep our pay rates competitive but recognize that from time to time they get out of sync with certain industries - we make appropriate adjustments when we can.

      Pros

      Kiwi Collection has a very open atmosphere, where collaboration is encouraged. The location of the office is great, on Water Street in Gastown. People work well together and individual contributions are recognized.
