      Opportunities if starting out career especially if you like military stuff

      I’ve been here for a while and it used to be great. I used to learn a lot from senior employees but they have been replaced with cheap juniors and interns.

      - Fun and interesting work - Great coworkers - Excellent benefits package (generous PTO, flexible in-person/hybrid/remote) - Hourly pay - Low stress projects, strong work-life-balance - Relatively flat management hierarchy

      Cons

      - Compensation is on the lower side - Mostly government/federally funded work. Not necessarily a con, but could be depending on your preferences
