Great culture. Excellent time off. Good Benefits. Wonderful to be a community servant rather than a corporate slave. Excellent work-life balance. IT gets WFH privileges but there is still an on-site requirement. Excellent leadership and direction for the community.

Sometimes there can be drama, but it's not terrible. Union sucks and doesn't care about IT. Users unwilling to adapt to changing technologies unless forced upon them. Pay for IT is lackluster compared to other places. Not much career growth because it's a small org.

Great co-workers, meaningful work, fair pay.

Not every pathway has levels of opportunity for growth.
