- good learning environment i learned a lot of things there related to software engineering . -the process is very good and they follow the agile process in they work from A-Z (stand up meeting, planning meeting, Retrospective ) -they are very Passionate about using the latest technology in their products - the Technical Team lead in the place is very helpful and one of the most smart software engineer i had ever seed .

Cons

The only problem for me there is no work from home

Thank you for your review :) Yes we used not to have a WFH policy, because we thought that it would affect the team's collaboration negatively. However, after Covid-19 we realized that we were wrong, and we have been totally working from home since 6 months now, while maintaining our productivity and quality level. Thanks to the team for their commitment, discipline, and ownership :)
