Working here is great, I can't think of a single con

I loved my time at KTC. There were a lot of ups and downs (as it is a very small staff and it's incredibly underfunded). The community loves this place. The town is a gem and it's small but there is so much to do if you look for it. Working at KTC (for most people) is a stepping stone. There is some room for movement within the company and you might be able to gain experience with things you're curious about if you seek opportunity. Pretty great work/life balance for a theatre career too (unless you're leadership.)

Like all theatres, KTC is not exempt from the problems you find in most places. It's also in a heavy transitional period so things will change quite drastically from the time this review was written.
