Pros
Great customer service, good services as part of it's portfolio, decent products, some of them close to being great with a little more time.
Cons
Sales structure organized for success, needs and wants sales working remotely but is far from being set up to do so. Inside sales that work at main office have a better chance at success than experienced Account Executives because the sales structure is not set up for remote sales people to succeed.
