I am disheartened to witness the management's unequal treatment regarding maternity leave. It's concerning to see some employees receiving preferential treatment while others are being pressured to return to work under threat of termination. This approach not only lacks empathy but also disregards the well-being of employees during a crucial time in their lives. I hope the management reevaluates its policies to ensure fairness and support for all employees, regardl it's disappointing to see some employees getting better treatment with maternity leave while others are being pressured to come back or risk losing their jobs. This isn't fair and shows a lack of care for employees' well-being. I hope the company rethinks its policy to treat everyone equally. Also this company have 2nd thought while hiring women thinking that women go for maternity leaves.
