Pros
-> Decent salary. -> Working for farmers from grass-root level (though I barely think they are doing it out of good will) Hardly finding any more words in this section though.
Cons
If anyone thinks it’s a start up so it should have a start up culture. Sorry Mate! you are mistaken. -> No flexible timing. Even they cut your salary if you come late to office. -> Flexible exit time. Oops. Flexible exit time ONLY means you have to stay late, but CAN’T LEAVE EARLY. Because it’s the DISCIPLINE they want. -> No holidays during probation period (which is of SIX months). If you take a leave, even if that’s a medical case. umm..sorry loose a day’s salary. It’s a factory that’s all. -> Technical Founder has ZERO years of professional experience. But still he thinks he is the coolest man ever. He is just a head because it’s his father’s company. Still wondering how can they have YC funding. -> No work ethics. They will sue you if it’s their advantage on the paper. But when it comes to their end. Not everything will be according to paper, as “this is a start-up only”. Employees are still waiting for the pay-in-slips. -> SIX (6) working days: This is really frustrating in the environment like this. When employees don’t want to even come to office at all, you have to give an extra day. If we combine 6 WORKING DAY + 6 months of PROBATION period + NO LEAVE ON PROBATION + WORK EXTRA HOURS + NO COMING LATE. Ohh... Now you know... how employees are frustrated. Many people came and left this company because of this. But they don’t even bother asking why they are leaving and what can they do better. As for them, they are the best.
