      Great staff outside management level

      Upstairs downstairs attitude with management in how they treated employees. Management took care of themselves first and then would nickel and dime the staff.

      Pros

      Not wanting to be pigeon-holed as just a direct mail company, Kirk has worked hard to re-invent itself as a full-service marketing provider. Their willingness to take on a broad range of projects makes it a very dynamic and challenging place to work.

      Cons

      Frustrating to still be perceived by some clients as just a lettershop when you know we can do so much more.
