I have never worked for a company before where I felt like I could integrate myself fully as a human. At Kinside, we are valued for the work we do, and also valued for our ability to have a life OUTSIDE of the office (meaning that our time is respected when we're not at work). The mission is strong. Several startups are working on this particular child care challenge, but Kinside has the strongest vision and strategy. Transparency is high and goals are explained and tracked clearly. Fully distributed team.

Would love to have more ability to interact with people outside of Zoom (although I do love that I get to work from home year round!)
