I tried my hardest to think of a pro to pass the 5 word limit but I honestly cannot think of 1. That is how bad it was

The company is full of gossips and unprofessional weirdos. The culture is so awful and THERE IS NO HR. It is very cliquey and the pay is definitely not good enough to compensate for the deterioration of your mental health. Definitely run from this company as far as you can. It is very small with about 7 lawyers in the whole company. The work is repetitive, non-stimulating and unengaging. You might as well be a receptionist at a cheap hotel.
