      Great teamwork, knowledgeable colleagues, incentives to meet targets. Good rates of pay. Efficient sorting of plastics cardboard etc.

      Cons

      A newowner over took the running of the recycling department consequently a reduction in wages.

      Some nice people Decent pay and benefits

      Terrible leadership Write up/termination’s do not align with job duties and communications witg leadership. Misleading/inaccurate job descriptions, mainly in the area of experienced needed for the role. IT leadership picks and chooses who has to follow company policies. Such as dress code, breaks, punch times etc.
