Toxic environment - Project Coordinator Kingsmen Group Employee Review

The company is small and lacks inclusivity. The office was always tense because the senior staff felt entitled and made rude comments without any repercussions. There is no HR department either so you cannot file a complaint or talk to anyone if there are issues in the office. The workload was excessive and should have been split into two roles (company's way of saving money). They also do not pay for your lunch hour and as a result you end up working 9 hours because leaving the office was frowned upon. Overall it was a very toxic environment due to the extreme level of micromanagement.
