Great work environment and working with the kids was a joy !

The caseload can be a bit overwhelming

The agency itself was an awesome place to work for. The benefits were great with low cost health care options. A lot of experience is gained working in the social service field.

Leadership needs professional development. Advice and/or opinions are not tolerated and are viewed as being resistant. Governing policies are unclear and change based upon the individual. Agency needs restructuring or the turn over rate will continue to be high. Pay isn't that great either however benefits balance it out. No room for growth or advancement.
