      Pros

      I work at Highcliffe Nursing home and have been welcomed with open arms. They have supported me since the age of 16 through college to working full time and always encourage progression in our career . Management are approachable and always listen with action and any concerns are taken seriously. The home is always full of smiles and is one of a kind.

      Supporting truly amazing people and working in a great team.

      Not getting paid for covid but not allowed to work either especially with the cost of living going up.

      Pros

      Large company but has a family feel to it. This really became apparent at the start of the pandemic. Hard work is rewarded.

      Cons

      Workload can be too much. This is mainly due to extra work generated by additional precautions/ paperwork required due to covid.
