Management is apathetic and does not understand the value of creative content work. Management is closed to feedback and stick to their system of overburdening people for minimum wages. Take little to no interest in assisting trainers with necessary equipments and leave the entire responsibility to the trainer while bagging a good cut of the clients fees.
