As you know we have/are going through huge change and there are some areas that need to still be addressed and looked at closer, pay and benefits across the group is one of those and is something that is being looked at currently. I believe we will be getting an update on that piece of work later this summer. I can assure you it's something that is very much on the radar of those within HR especially in leadership roles.
The expenses culture is definitely something we need to address asap, and I know there is a lot of work going on behind the scenes looking at how we can make this easier for our people. You're absolutely right, there shouldn't be an expectation to be have to pay out such high levels to later claim back. This again has been something that has not moved at the same speed of growth and development as the function and we're now playing catch up.
Any feedback given to us will be forwarded on and looked at in detail. Please continue to pass us your feedback and reviews, it's really important we understand what's really going on with our people on the ground!
P.S - Big up to the OSC team, hardest working bunch of people I know!
