The work environment is deeply concerning and lacks constructive leadership. Decision-making appears to be driven more by operational personnel than by experienced management, resulting in a lack of clear direction and strategic oversight. The organization presents itself as a manufacturing company, but in practice, it operates with a minimal, profit-driven approach that undermines quality and long-term sustainability. This situation is particularly disappointing given the company’s long-standing history and reputation in its field. However, under venture capital ownership, King Tester has evolved into an organization that falls significantly short of expectations as an employer, offering an experience that is among the least favorable in the industry.

The products have a long history, Customers.

Very unprofessional environmental. No on-boarding, no training, no processes/SOPs and no HR. Outdated office and very dirty, as employees are expected to clean...even the bathrooms. A 50+ work week is expected if you are salary. Managment is not shy in telling you this is expected. This is enforced through passive aggressions, and confrontation. Very, very, significant and negative experiences with the father and son management.
