- Genuine and kind employees across the board - Small business familial atmosphere - Person-centered HR/employee-relations - Ethically-run business operations I was an employee at King for only a brief amount of time, but genuinely appreciated my time with the company and my colleagues. The way the company operates both internally with employees as well as externally with their customers and B2B partners is impressively done with extensive planning, thought, and integrity.
