Pros
It has been a great career for me. I have many years and thanks to King Soopers I have had medical coverage for my whole family the whole time. On an extensive medical LOA and Kings has covered my insurance payments and I have been able to collect disability the entire time.
Cons
Benefits are not as they were when I started. It takes longer to move up unless you are willing to get into management. Making a living wage is difficult unless you get into management. Management is very stressful to most employees. King Soopers work very hard. Company does not seem willing to work with employees going to school or forced to work a second job.
