      Mostly a good team to work with, hard and challenging work, must be good with people. Would recommend for a person just getting into the field.

      Cons

      Not enough training or preparation, and if you don't end up that right store things can be very tense and disorganized.

      Long hours on your feet, constant walking, and lifting heavy boxes.

      - Interesting but nice people - Lucky to have flexible schedule written by department leads/supervisors - Not boring

      Cons

      - District managers are a pain - Can get overwhelming during busy season - Night crew is the worst when it comes to scheduling (at my store and heard similar complaints from other stores)
