Really demand clients but I guess that is everywhere in Manhattan

Some employees have experience in a few areas of construction- existing building work Alteration 1s and Alteration 2s done with the NYCDOB.

Leadership here disregards any opinions that do not support their own and go to great lengths to avoid doing projects properly. They disregard opinions of actual Design Professionals (Licensed Engineers and Architects) that do not support their initial opinion about how a project should be done and will spend more money and time on meetings and involving other less credible Design Professionals to support their conclusions then they will on doing a project properly within initial budget and time constraints. They attempted to build a new manufacturing facility atop an area which Geotechnical Engineers said was unsafe and rather than take the proper steps instructed by the Design Professionals, they cried about how it would kill their budget yet were at the same time willing to waste money on more meetings and other opinions that ended up not fully support their ideas. The NYCDOB needs to basically shut down any project this company attempts to work on as its only a matter of time before their tactics result in a building renovation that collapses.
