      Big Bonus is added at the end of each year. The total compensation becomes high. It is good to step up for another company.

      The company has so much complexity in hieracrchy. However, the executives are friendly and help a lot when doing communication.

      Benefits are better than most, but not as good as they were 5 years ago. Overall, good people to work with
