Management is illiterate and doesn't value or respect their employees. Senior managers fight with employee inside office like they're in fish market. They enjoy disrespecting employee in front of whole office. Everything.. Disgusting management only cares about their profit and doesn't value employee. No Career growth So many salary deductions No proper documentation provided They disrespect people in front of whole office. Toxic culture.. Kinda government office environment. Very toxic!

Big Company, ontime salaries, good colleagues will get to learn how to handle thousands of products and hundreds of customers.

Work loads is always over the limit. Management always does cost cutting. Need approvals for even smallest decisions
