Pros
When we were in the office it was a very enjoyable environment for how enjoyable work can be. Ever since COVID though we've been WFH and that's been a whole different experience. The time I've gotten with my family due to WFH is invaluable and will always be thankful for that. I truly would recommend this job to anyone that asked me. The pay is great (starting at $15/hr), full dental/medical insurance, 401k with matching and stock options. An amazing job for someone looking to get into the field of corporate work.
Cons
You can feel disconnected from your team with WFH at times and you can perceive a larger gap between leadership and yourself without the physical meetings. This job is VERY repetitive, but that's just the nature of it. SOP changes quickly and for sometimes reasons that make no sense.
