Kindful Health has a generous bonus structure with lower than industry standard admission expectations for their sales liaisons. Fair and competitive base salary and decent benefits. (not the best, not the worst)
Cons
To be successful here, you must come with a robust book of Business with ready-made relationships that will refer to you fast, because they are referring to YOU, not to Kindful. (yet). This is a relatively new-er company and because the admission expectations are lower, you will need to make those happen faster. This is not necessarily a "con" however, if you are new to this industry without contacts, you will not have time to gain traction before your ramp period expires (given the competitive nature of the hospice industry in Texas.)
