Pros
Company has had some speed bumps in last year, but now seems to be putting the focus in the right areas to make sure they are putting their customers and staff in a position to succeed. I’m excited to see what 2018 holds for Kindful
Cons
It’s a startup so many employees have to wear many hats. I could see where this might be frustrating to some people. For me it’s rewarding to get to be involved in more than one thing.
