Pros
The pro's at least at my location is the kids and the fact that I get to have my own class of 2nd graders.
Cons
If you can't be on your feet and flexible to adjust to another teachers style of teaching then this is not the place for you. I am lucky my boss figured out that I work better alone. Although sometimes you must learn to step back and be a co-teacher.
